Perfect Festivals create wonderful celebratory experiences, where the atmosphere feels safe and non-judgmental at all times. Our events are exclusively inclusive and especially designed for people with disabilities their friends and families.

A one-night indoor festival that builds the party vibes and excitement ahead of our big summer festival A Perfect Day. Live bands, brilliant musicians, creative activities and a big raffle – these are the ingredients of A Perfect Night!

Returning to The Drill Lincoln for our 4th event in the city. Set to rock out our main stage we’ve got Dj’s and bands including Lyford and The North and when you’ve worn out the dance floor in the main hall you’ll find an acoustic stage located in the cafe bar area of the venue for relaxed vibes, festival fun and big raffle prizes!

Join Our Free Community Workshops

As we count down to A Perfect Day 2025, we’re inviting you to be part of the fun before the festival even begins!

Join us over two exciting days of free, drop-in workshops led by the brilliant Jo Flanagan from Rise and Shine Theatre Company. Especially designed for people with additional needs, these workshops are all about getting ready for the Festival Parade — and you’re invited to help us make it happen!

Whether you’ve got five minutes or a full hour to spare, pop in and take part in:

These creative sessions are open to everyone — no experience needed, just a sense of fun and a willingness to join in. You’ll be learning moves and signs that will feature in our big Festival Parade on Saturday 19 July, so it’s a great way to feel part of the celebration.

Join the Magic Behind the Scenes! Volunteer for A Perfect Day Festival – July 19th, 2025

Love music, people, and making the world a bit more joyful? Come and be part of something truly special.

We’re looking for volunteers to help us bring A Perfect Day Festival to life on Saturday, July 19th, 2025, at Cherry Garth Scout Camp near Humberston. This isn’t just a festival—it’s a celebration of creativity, inclusion, and community for people with additional needs across Lincolnshire.

And you could be right at the heart of it.

👋 What We Need Help With

We’re assembling a passionate, welcoming team of volunteers to support us with roles such as:

🛠 Setup Crew – Help us prepare the site on the morning of the event (or the day before).
🚗 Car Park Stewards – Be a friendly face welcoming guests and helping them get safely parked.
🎈 On-the-Day Helpers – Assist with directions, stalls, refreshments, artist support, and keeping the vibe joyful and relaxed.
🧹 Tidy Team / Clear-Up Crew – Stay behind at the end to help us pack up and leave the site as lovely as we found it.
🌼 Access & Inclusion Buddies – Support guests with additional needs (only if you’re comfortable and we’ll guide you).

Help Shape a More Inclusive Creative Community

Since 2018, we’ve been curating safe, welcoming events across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, and North East Lincolnshire—including our flagship festival, A Perfect Day. Over this time we’ve experienced a movement building arround inclusive arts and now, we’re inviting you to help us begin to shape the future of accessibility and inclusion in our region’s arts and cultural scene.

In partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council and with funding from Arts Council England, we’re launching a community survey to help build a shared understanding of inclusion and accessibility. Insights from the survey will directly inform the design of an Inclusion Training Day for creatives, taking place on Friday 12th September at Grimsby Central Hall.

Why Your Voice Matters

We’re launching a short, anonymous survey to gather insights from:

Individuals with neurodivergent conditions, physical or sensory impairments, or long-term health conditions
Carers, family members, and support workers
Artists, event organisers, and venue managers
Community groups and organisations

Your experiences and perspectives will play a vital role in shaping new training focused on improving accessibility and inclusion across the local arts and cultural sector. By sharing what matters to you, you’ll help us not only make events more welcoming and accessible—but also grow a stronger, more connected creative community where everyone belongs.

Pick ‘N’ Mix Party – Feb 14th Grimsby Central Hall

Join Us for Pick ‘N’ Mix Party Vol 2 – A Fun-Filled Inclusive Event!

Perfect Festivals is thrilled to announce our next exciting event, Pick ‘N’ Mix Party Vol 2, taking place on February 14th, 2025, at Grimsby Central Hall. This event is specially designed for people with disabilities, their friends, and families, offering an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere where everyone can celebrate together.

Running from 1 PM to 4 PM, this event promises to be another unforgettable experience, building on the success of our November event. With a mix of returning favorites and exciting new additions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

The event will feature the return of our resident DJ Kieran, who will once again be spinning the tunes that got everyone dancing last time, alongside the mesmerizing circus performances by the Earthbound Misfits, which were a huge hit in November. The dazzling lasers and lights that created such an incredible atmosphere will also be back to set the scene for an unforgettable afternoon. New to this event is a live acoustic performance by the talented Emily Ashberry and friends, which will be broadcast live on our in-house Perfect Radio Show and streamed throughout the venue on wireless headphones, adding a fresh and exciting element to the day.

Perfect Festivals is dedicated to creating events that are accessible, inclusive, and full of joy. Our mission is to bring communities together in a safe, welcoming, and creative environment. Pick ‘N’ Mix Party Vol 2 is another step in our journey to make celebrations accessible to all.

A Perfect Night at Baths Hall (20.03.24) – Event Review

We want to express our thanks to everyone that joined us for A Perfect Night at Scunthorpe Baths Hall. Extra-special thanks to our music makers, volunteers, hosts and all of the venue staff – you are perfect super stars! Our first event at the glorious Baths Hall brought over 300 people together enjoying a safe and nonjudgmental environment, enhanced to maximum party vibes with performances from DJ’s and local bands Lyford and The North.

We were surrounded by smiling faces and wild dance moves being thrown allover the venue. With luxury hampers being won in the raffle, fancy dress to snap a photo in the big picture frame and a seriously funky merchandise stall – the fun and buzzing atmosphere simply packed out our small stage and bar area!

The Perfect sounds just kept rolling on our main stage with party pumping music from the much loved DJ Kieran as well as performances from two brilliant live bands. To start our night Lyford gave us an amazing show with their original indie music bringing authentic brit-pop-rock energy. We also welcomed back in front of our perfect audience local stars The North who filled the dance floor with nonstop classic rock hits and proved once again they know how to make you groove!

It was a truly successful event exclusively serving people with disabilities. Bringing together friends, families and the wider care community for a first time event in Scunthorpe Baths Hall. We hope it will be the first of many to come, but now we look forward to our next Perfect Night coming to The Drill Lincoln on Wednesday 24th April 2024.
