Joyful. Inclusive. Creative. For Everyone.

About Us…

We are a dynamic, community-driven group that is passionate about giving people with additional needs the best possible experiences in life – experiences that everyone deserves!

Perfect Festivals creates unforgettable, inclusive experiences and our mission is simple: to bring joy, creativity, and connection through safe, welcoming events that celebrate difference and embrace community. Working across Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire & North East Lincolnshire, specifically in Lincoln, Scunthorpe & Grimsby, we have delivered Festivals, Band Nights, ‘Pick N Mix’ Parties and creative engagement projects for the community since 2018.

We work with creatives, artists, bands, and DJs, as well as local authorities and disability sector organisations to ensure the opportunities we are offering are the best they can be and reach as many people as possible.

Our job is to create wonderful, celebratory experiences, where the atmosphere feels safe and non-judgmental at all times.

Developing inclusive creative communities

Alongside producing inclusive festivals, events and participatory projects, Perfect Festivals is now expanding its work to support learning, reflection and professional development across arts, culture and community spaces.

Working with artists, venues, organisations and local partners, we’re creating opportunities to step back from delivery and look more closely at how inclusion really works in practice — from communication and access, to collaboration, confidence and care.

Our current programme brings together conversation-based sessions and hands-on workshops that share experience, explore practical tools and support people working at every level of the creative and cultural sector. These sessions are rooted in lived experience, creative practice and real-world application — not tick-box training. This work is being developed in partnership with North East Lincolnshire Council, through the Create North East Lincolnshire programme

Below are two upcoming opportunities that form part of this new strand of work, offering different ways to engage, learn and connect.

“Absolutely amazing event. Felt so welcomed by everyone. Both my kids enjoyed it thoroughly and have requested we return again next year and want me to look into A Perfect Night too. Our favourite part was the silent disco!”
