At the heart of our organisation is a core committee of volunteers who all have professional and personal experience in disability care provision. Led by our festival director Elieen Smale, these voting members work with a larger management committee of events industry professionals, including creative producer Simon Hollingworth.
Every festival goer, musician, performer, crew member, and volunteer that takes part in one of our events becomes a member of our perfect community! The stronger and bigger this community grows, the more perfect our festivals have become. Growing together through culture, connection, and creativity!
